Dr. Mittal is the first woman to hold the charge of a full-time Director in ONGC’s history. She joined ONGC as a Graduate Trainee in 1985 and brings with her an extremely rich experience spanning over three decades. She is also on the board of ONGC Mangalore Petrochemicals Limited (OMPL) as ONGC nominee Director since August 2015. Previously she worked as Head CSR at Corporate Office and took up major CSR projects across India.

Mr. Kiran DM has more than 25 years of corporate experience blended with the in-depth experience with Grass Root Social Organizations. Prior to taking over as the CEO, for ONGC Foundation, Kiran was the National President of Youth For Seva. He was a founder member of Centre for Leadership and Management in Public Service (C-LAMPS), where he had held responsible positions for large scale Developmental projects in Education and Health.
Dr. Sajid Jamal, Ex GM-CSR, ONGC, pursued his schooling to Post Graduation at Aligarh and completed M.Phil. & Ph.D. from AMU Aligarh. Having experience of more than 34 years in Oil & Gas Sector, Dr. Jamal headed multiple roles in ONGC.
Mr. Gandhi, Ex Chief Manager (F&A), ONGC having 37 years of experience in Oil & Gas Sector.
Divyanshi handles projects in various domains across nation. An Economic honors graduate from Delhi University with over 2 years experience at ground level working with underprivileged section. She aims to contribute her work towards the making of self sustainable society.
An MBA in Rural Development from University of Allahabad with more than 4 years of experience in social development sector and non-banking financial corporation (NBFC). She counts herself very lucky to be able to make a living by doing work that is in alignment with her values.
Harshit Kumar joined as Fellow (2020-21) Haridwar. He has worked as volunteer management and NGO coordinator, handled CSR activities with Youth For Seva as Gautam Budh Nagar coordinator. He holds a postgraduate in journalism from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology along with M.A. Hindi from Jamia Mill
